What delivery options do we provide?

We currently offer:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class (non tracked 3-4 day) service. (No insurance provided)
  • InterLink/ DPD Next Working Day Delivery (Fully trackable)

In addition, we offer delivery to the following areas;

Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, Scilly Isles

Unfortunately we cannot provide International Shipping as restrictions can often result in items failing to be delivered successfully.

 

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times are dictated by the delivery method chosen. For all UK orders, please allow up to 5 working days for orders to arrive, unless you have chosen the ‘Next Day’ delivery option. 

If your order has not arrived contact us by using the 'Contact Us' page.

For non-UK orders, please allow up to 25 working days, as there may be delays in the customs office of your country.

 

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order please send us a message via the 'Contact Us' page at the earliest convinience. Please note, if your order is already with the courier – you can return the unused goods to us and you will be given a full refund (exc. postage costs). Please see the 'Returns Policy'.

 

The item I’m looking for is ‘out of stock’?

We receive stock regularly, hold tight. Occasionally we will run ‘pre-orders’ on certain items…

   

I have received my order but I’m not happy with my items, what should I do?
